Commercial risk management · every line of coverage

Control the risk metrics that control your business.

RiskCorrect captures incidents, manages claims, automates follow-up and compliance, finds root causes, and turns every loss into corrective action. Contractors use it to protect their people, their insurance results, and their ability to win work.

Bring five years of loss runs and your mod worksheet. We'll show you what they cost you.

The problem

Your renewal is priced on a spreadsheet you didn't write.

A loss run is a list of dollars with no context. Most programs log a claim, wait, and hope. The underwriter then reads a bare number and assumes the worst.

For many contractors, premium isn't even the biggest cost. A mod over 1.00 can shut you out of the bids you want most.

With RiskCorrect
The carrier handles your claims the way that benefits the carrier, not the way that benefits you.
Every claim, on every line, is managed in your interest, with action items on each one.
Nobody touches the claim until an adjuster is assigned.
A Claim Strategist starts at first notice, gathers the records and hands the adjuster an organized file.
You find out a reserve jumped when the renewal arrives.
Cost factors on every claim update automatically, and reserve changes are flagged for review, so nothing is a surprise at renewal.
Safety fixes live in a binder, or in someone's memory.
Every loss carries a corrective action in your words, and it's ready for the submission.
Sub certificates are tracked on a spreadsheet, when they're tracked at all.
The system chases expiring certificates and builds your audit package.
OSHA logs get built in January.
Your 300 and 300A logs, TRIR and DART are current any day of the year.

RiskCorrect, in plain terms

What it is, who it's for, and what it isn't.

RiskCorrect is a claims and risk management platform, sometimes called a risk management information system (RMIS), built for contractors and other high-risk employers. It manages workers' compensation, general liability, auto and property claims, tracks incidents before they become claims, documents corrective action, and produces the OSHA logs, experience mod analysis and renewal narratives that underwriters, owners and general contractors ask for.

Every client's file is worked by named Claim Strategists and Risk Consultants. The platform is owned by Higginbotham and sold as a standalone, fee-based product: you don't have to buy insurance through Higginbotham to use it, and it doesn't replace your carrier, TPA or broker.

Best for: construction trade contractors and general contractors with about 50 to 10,000+ employees, especially where bidding depends on the experience mod, TRIR or OSHA record. Also marine, staffing, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation companies that need claims and risk management without the bid-qualification pressure. Not for: companies looking for a claims diary alone, a safety app alone, or a replacement for their carrier.

Comparison is by category, not by any specific vendor. "Some" and "Manual" mean the capability exists in some products but depends on configuration or on your own staff.
